Megane Convertible Radio Code

Hi,
I got my car back from the garage and it states 'Error' code on the radio.
I have searched through all the handbook/paperwork and can't find code at all.
I am on the understanding that I have to have the radio switched on while engine on so that the error code goes and the 'Code' flashes again before I can input the digits.
However, I have no digits to enter.
Can anyone help me please?
