Clio 1.5 Dci Glowplugs

Can anybody recommend what glowplugs I should use for my Clio Dci? I put in a new set of "Beru" plugs from eurocarparts today but my car doesn't start.
With my old glowplugs I was struggling to get ignition but after a few attempts I would get there, with the new ones it doesn't ignite (if that makes sense)

Am I using the wrng ones? also when I take them out they are bone dry, is that normal? or should they be wet?

I am new to all this home help so apologies for the terminology but any help would be really welcome...I can't afford to run it in to be fixed so trying all the simple fixes first!
