We have noticed the oil needs topping up every month which isn't right. I can't see any visible leak and was worried that she could be burning oil but I can't smoke.
Last week I topped the oil and noticed a very small amount of mayo on the filler cap. Do I immediately assume it is a blown head gasket?

Only things that work are the hazard warning lights, the remote door locks, and there is a flashing red light on dash. Everything else is dead.

I've suspected for some time now that my girlfriend has been cheating on me. The usual signs - phone rings, I answer, someone hangs up. She started going out 'with the girls' a lot recently although when I ask which girls it is always "Just some friends from work, you don't know them". I always look out for her taxi coming home but she always walks down the drive although I can hear a car setting off. As if she has got out of the car round the corner. Why? Is it not a taxi? I once picked her mobile up just to see what time it was and she went berserk and screamed that I should never touch her phone again and why was I checking up on her.
Anyway, I have never approached the subject with my g/f. I think deep down I just didn't want to know the truth but last night she went out again and I decided to check on her. I decided I was going to hide behind my car which would give me a view of the whole street so I could see which car she gets out of. It was whilst crouched behind my car that I noticed rust around my rear wheel arch.
So, my question.....

They are plastic and as such very flexible, there was significant damage to my suspension and wheel but all that I've repaired
(the guy didn't stop, naturally, and i didn't get a plate, the driveway wasn't his house it was a golf club so insurer wanted me to hemorrhage money, ironic that if i had slapped in to him there would be less cost involved to me)
Whats left is my rather sorry looking wing. Has anyone repaired one of these? the damage is certainly not structural but looks terrible, i know i can get a new wing but, y'know, paintings and the like.

I brought a pre registered Clio recently with 10 miles on the clock.
It has a 1L Tce engine which I understand has stop start technology. However o have now done around 300 miles and the stop start has never kicked in.
I have read through the manual and have made sure that I am doing all the correct things.
The stop start button doesn't seem to be functioning. When clicking it, I am expecting to see "Stop Start Deactivated/Activated" on the dash, however this doesn't happen.
Is this simply a mileage issue or does it seem like this feature is broken?

after installing f4r i found that all gear shifts (5 shifts )done smoothly @1500 r.p.m or less than making me reach speed 80 km/h at fifth gear ;;;; . By keep pushing accelerator engine reach 3000 r.p.m with a speed about 110 km/h ;;;; any little more the warning start and no more shift ( more speed more r.p.m ). is that right ?
i can remember k4m i always got 140km/h @3000 r.p.m

Having a strange one today. Indicators were all working fine on a trip out today however then on the trip back they weren't.
I drive a 2006 Renault Clio MK3 1.5 DCI Dynamique.
The left indicator is completely unworking, there's no light on the dash and the lights don't activate when I turn it on.
The right indicator is working completely fine.
The hazard lights also work fine, both indicators and dash lights working.
Seems very strange that the hazards are fine when the normal indicator isn't working.

I was involved in a road rage incident before xmas where the other driver has kicked my driver side rear passenger door beyond repair, so I have opted for the door to be replaced. He will be paying of course. I have got one delivered from the breakers but unfortunately I wasn't there to check the door and the door has a different coloured handle and trim. I think the door is from the Dynamique as opposed to the expression.
will this be a problem when swapping the doors? I was thinking of just changing the door handle and trim from the old door.

Key won't lock the doors (3 door hatchback)... might be battery, but looks like it suffered some water ingress so quite possible its the key.
No barrel in the door and no lock inside... i'm surely not missing something blindingly obvious right? Without the key the car can't be locked...
