High beam not working 2003 scenic

Hi all
Searched the forum but cant find an answer for this problem.

Have a 2003 scenic but the high beam does not work, bulbs good, all fuses good, blue light shows up on dash but nothing up front.

All other lights are fine and have power to the bulb connector but no light both sides.

Anyone got any ideas?
