The small chips are certainly repairable
The large bullseye probably but depends on size.... IIRC smaller then a £2 coin anywhere but in the driver's vision. 10p max there.
The chip with a crack through it, not as far as I know and the long crack, not a snowballs chance.

I think the long crack would be an MOT fail.
A large stone chip in the driver's vision area certainly is.

Looks like a new screen to me, sorry.
