Renault Grand scenic all windows stoped working

Hi all its me again living in Renault nightmare.

After hand brake reset all windows packed up .

Reset been done in gariage with 8000quid equipment.

Can this couse any sort reset to windows ?

What to do switch seams locks unlocks rear doors but windows all of them are dead.

Is this software glitch again?
