Mk2 Clio 1.2 Wet passenger side footwell.

Hi fellow renaulters, I have searched high and low for a resolution for my specific clio with no luck on the matter. So here's the problem/s:

1. After purchasing my Clio 2004 mk2 Extreme a few weeks ago I had noticed the passenger footwell had a lovely big puddle of water splashing about after the heavy rain. Have searched online and have come across a few possible causes and after checking the boot is dry, all other areas are dry I have come to the conclusion it could be the "drain pipes" could be blocked? But I am not sure if I have drain pipes as my sunroof is simply a little clip up one it doesn't actually roll back. It just pops up. If this kind does have drain pipes any pics on where these are located would be great. After duck taping my roof up for a week or so I have noticed my carpet getting dryer so now I just need help on how to and where to find these drain pipes if I have any?
