Emissions warning

Just got my 2005 1.6 petrol Scenic back yesterday after being in the garage for a service but as the plugs were causing a problem to get out it was decided to leave them in as the computer was saying that the gap was ok.
Today the emissions warning light came on but having had this problem before with the coil packs going off this is different. The car is still running ok but does seem a little lumpy on tick over.
Could it be that something has been disturbed while struggling with the plugs or when the coil packs were taken off/refitted?

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
