Quite a serious leak...

As you can see by the pictures, i have quite a serious leak. The car has been stood for 6 months. I had no issues before hand with leaking. I noticed the rear drivers footwell was first to gain a puddle, then also some in the front footwell. the carpet behind the pedals is bone dry, as you can see it is just the bottom piece that is wet. Has anyone had issues like this ? With it being the rear that was first to flood im guessing on a door/window seal maybe ?

I am going to tackle the mold and flooding this saturday, luckily i have previously worked as a valeter, lol.

any help is much appreciated.
