1.4 tce misfires

Hi all, I'm having a problem with misfires, I have a 2010 meg 3 1.4 tce, with torque running and watching misfires I'm getting anything from 1-10 misfires on each cylinder from cold start up, wether at idle or pottering around, once warmed up if I restart the car I may get only 1 or 2 misfires. No Lights on dash or anything, can hear a slight burble from exhaust but I don't know if that's down to the centre silencer delete? When driving on m'way no misfires at all :/ I'm stumped my self...
