vivaro only starting on easystart

vivaro with the 1.9dci engine will not start unless helped with easystart.I have got 2nd vivaro with problem gearbox.tried highpressure pump fuelrail,and filter housing and pipes on 2nd van from first van worked ok.compared both vans with what fuel coming from top of injector returns looks the same.but not done leakof test.tried codes on a bosch,and a opcom and a snapon but none found.changed glowplugs on first van and checked working.Had drained fuel from tank and put in fresh and new...
