Clio mk3 spark plugs torque

Hi,

I have decided to change the spark plugs and possibly pencil coils myself. Random misfires P0300.

Could someone advise me on the spark plugs advised torque. And also the torque of securing bolt holding pencil coils in place.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Very new to car maintenance and think this is a good place to start.
