Master LWB 2011 ignition switch

Power windows, A/C etc is not working having removed the ignition switch. I can start and drive the van and have checked all the fuses I can find. New ignition switch is on order (has been for 4 weeks and still waiting) With new ignition in place and plugged in will this 'bring back' my power windows, a/c etc?

Currently in PRC's garage:
