2 Week Old Clio losses its Sat. Navigation

Hi, we have recently bought a brand new Clio with Sat. Navigation. My wife uses the car to work and came home this week and told me that her Bluetooth connection had lost her phone. Also the clock was incorrect and the Sat.Nav would not come on. So out I go to the car to find the clock cannot be put correct due to the GPS not working. And sat Nav won't go past the "I agree" screen which you have to confirm before accessing the Nav.
Wondering if anyone else has had any issues with this...
