Renault Espace IV - Retrofit temperature gauge

I have a 2004 Renault Espace IV 2.2 dci. It has no engine temperature gauge and no low water in coolant reservoir alert. Is there anyone who can retrofit an engine temperature gauge (preferably in the West Midlands / Staffordshire area) to this vehicle?
