Trafic 1.9 wont start

Hey everyone,

So my trafic project wont start, i bought it after having a loom fire, completely destroying the lh headlight and fusebox.

So i have purchased a new loom both engine and cab....

So the fault is it turns over fine just wont fire.

All lights come on on the dash and go off, except for the red STOP light.

Also the fuel gauge is constantly flashing even with it unplugged from the tank.

I can hear the little solenoid on the fuel pump buzzing constantly but still wont fire. I...
