Pointless sat nav??

Hi folks, hoping for some help. Just got a new clio iconic. It has a fancy wee display in middle of dashboard that can display several things, one of which is linked to the sat nav to show directions to reduce having to turn your head. Unfortunately it would appear that when approaching a roundabout it only has one symbol which indicates take first left.
Even if the main sat nav is telling you to turn right, this one available icon suggests upcoming turn is left. Makes it pretty pointless...
