Trafic steering wheel audio control

I have a Trafic with built in satnav and bluetooth and the two top buttons aren't working on the audio control by the steering wheel.

I believe these are accept/reject and source.

As my phones voice recognition is broken it would be nice to be able to use the built in to solve this but its activated via the accept/reject button

Is this a replacement stalk job or a loose wire?
Whats the chances of a complete amateur fixing this?
How much would i expect to pay to have this done professionally?
