Renault megane 2006 1.6 16v Automatic

/So i have being to view the car above and it seems in good condition apart from a few things the owner mentioned. I live in Portugal so cars carry a high premium and is left hand drive. He mentioned he changed the front suspension as it had gone,(Is this a common problem?) One of the rear windows has needed to be fixed as it did- not work and the air con is dodgy with working and then not working. Also he said when the central locking system button is pressed on the driver side door it can get hot if used for along time.

Now are these electrical issues common place in these makes and year or should i be worried that they could lead to a bigger electrical issue?

Any help and info or advice would be greatly appreciated so i can make an informed decision.
