Phone low battery message

My 2010 Megane has the Carminat TomTom. I have my phone connected via Blluetooth, which works fine for music etc. However, when the phone's battery reaches 40%, a "Low Battery" message flashes up on the screen every five minutes or so, ,which can wipe out the Sat Nav screen for up to about 20 seconds.

Does anyone know if there is a setting to reduce when this message appears, or better still, stop it appearing altogether?
