Decisions Decisions

In the boot of the new cow is a wheel well, filled with a polystyrene former that holds a Continental air compressor and bottle of gunk.

Looking on ebay, looks like a matching alloy will set me back a couple of hundred by the time a tyre is on it.

Got to check the well will take a full size and while 16" get you home spares are available, can't find any 17".

So dilemma, rely on the gunk (which I need to check for use by date and the compressor works etc.)
Get a full size
Or can I use a 16" as a get you home?

No idea of tyre sizes at moment (won't till Monday) but am assuming that the outer rim of the 17" wheel tyre will be similar to a 16" ???

Whilst I'm asking, anyone any idea if the gunk is any good or any preferred brands ?

Currently in Dancingdad's garage:
