Cylinder head valve removal on 1.5 diesel help please

To remove the guide seals, a pair of pliars, to replace the guide seals, smear the inside with grease, get a socket that will fit over the top of the seal but not to large to slide past and not to small that it will damage the seal and spring and press back on, normally put an extension bar on the socket with a cloth over the head of the extension bar ,,, think of the little handies pressing it on, or you can buy this

Never used one, but thats me, the way I have told you is the way I have always done them, never had a problem
