Confused Cat C

I've been wandering around ebay looking at motors.
One caught my eye. 2011 Jeep Compass, £6K under 10k miles. Spares or repair.

Seemed too good to be true but description specifically says Cat C..... uhmmmm.
But then says flywheel noisie and every think else okay.

(Their spelling )

So what has a noisy flywheel got to do with Cat C ?

While I am looking for something big to replace the KIA ('Er Indoors is insisting) doubt it will be one of these but am confused.
