Bought the roof rack with the van last summer, 2019. Made by Brink ARB.
I hit a pigeon recently and it broke the plastic cap that goes over the bar at the side of the roof rack. Also lost a cover that goes over the hardware that connects it to the van. I went into renault to order new ones and they said they cant get parts, only whole roof racks. So I contacted Brink in the Netherlands and they said cause its an OE part, that i have to go through renault. I've been back and forth between...
