It was a good idea to let him pass. At least you can keep an eye on him then. Wouldn't worry too much. He will have calmed down by now. My dad always said, when being hassled by another driver, that he would rather have the idiot in front than behind.
I never understood why people get so angry when behind a wheel. If another driver cuts them up, or forces them to brake/swerve it is either
a) a mistake, or
b) cr4p driving
It is never personal, so why do they act like it is.
If it ain't broke keep fixing it until it is.
