Reset procedure following a battery change on a Koleos

I changed my battery on my Koleos at the weekend, I have 2 issues since doing so.
1. When I lock the car using the key fob with the windows open, they no longer close automatically.
2. When I lock the car there is a horrible notice from the passenger door, which sounds like the window motor is grinding against the gears.

Is there a reset procedure please?
