Locking the vehicle without battery connected

I leave my Megane for 6 months outdoors while I am back in the UK, so need to have it secured but I can not find a way to lock it then disconnect the battery without the alarm sounding - Result is lock the car and the battery goes flat. Any ideas to get around this ?
