Lights staying on

The assumption has to be that the garage did something.
Non starting may have been ECU related, fuel or similar or UCH (body computer)
It's that latter that controls the auto lights AFAIK.

So to me, it is find out exactly what the garage did and maybe we can suggest something or, probably better from your point of view, get the garage to fix what they bust.
