Laguna 2 clicking and thinking noise.

Hi All,

After a bit of advice, car is making some interesting noise.
First one is When turning a fairly sharp left hand turn its making a clicking noise.

From what I understand this could be the cv joint. Is it easy to tell which one is gone?
Secondarily I have looked on eBay seen them for sale but also mention of just replacing the how drive shaft, so is it possible to replace them?
Thirdly, is there anything else that would cause that noise on the front end?
I was reading late last night and somebody mentioned something to do with the suspension mount and said to watch the top of the struts while it is stationary.

Second noise that could be connected is a slight thunk when putting power on or off in first and second gear, when the car is moving and in gear. Is that connected or a different problem?
