this is the garage price for parts and labour,....
Glow plugs are not related to brakes,
Was this a fast fit check up or your local trusted garage, dont know how much the parts are. Are they related to the rear brakes locking on you, again its hard to say yes, as the brakes worked fine for a few weeks..
Did the garage try and reset the handbrake fault ( clear the code with a diagnostic machine) or just condemned it because of the light on the dash?
