Try starting clio mm 3 1500 dci would only turn over 4 times then stopped turning over, tried a couple more times, then decided to disconnect battery, I could her like low wering noise from right side of engine, how is this possible I had keys in my hand. When I disconnected and reconnected the battery the noise had stopped and the car started a couple of times then same thing would only turn over 4 times and same noise from engine, forgot to say red light on. A friend put his obd box machine on and it said glow plug open circuit what ever that means, can anyone help please

clio mk3 and vauxhall vectra
