Airbag fault codes reset
Hi, My Espace 2000 16v has decided to show the airbag warning light AGAIN, had this a few times but always cleared at local garage. This time I left the car for a while and the battery ran down badly. I charged the battery and when switching ignition on the airbag light came on. My local garage has run a diagnostic and it comes up C1 fault, not compatible with uce. Unfortunately this fault does not seem to want to clear, computer says cannot clear fault code. I traced this code to Passenger side but having removed seat found all wires soldered correctly and nothing looking incorrect, does anyone have any ideas what to try next. I assume has to be a bad connection somewhere as only allowing battery to drain should not have actually changed anything? Thanks for any suggestions.
