2011 Clio 1.2 16v Problem

Hi, I have a 2011 non turbo 1.2 16v Clio and have a couple of problems .
When starting from cold as I drive away in first there is a judder this tends to go away when warm but I can still occasionally feel it.

Sometimes after not being started for a few hours it takes 4-5 seconds for the engine to start the engine just cranks over but doesn't kick in

When cold when the revs are around 1500 and the clutch is at the bite the revs drop to 1000 then back to 1500 and it just goes up and down until you either accelerate or depress the clutch

The idle at cold is erratic sometimes starting the engine the revs shoot up to 2500 rpm then down to 1000 and it just flutters up and down between 950-1000 rpm before settling.

I have changed the map sensor, crank sensor, coil pack, spark plugs, air filter, o2 sensor all to no avail , does anybody have any ideas
