Camper fridge

Hello all, my 3 way fridge 12 volt cooling has stopped working; I can’t find a fault in the wiring so wonder about a replacement 30 amp Relay. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated. Further, what does “normally open contact” mean in relation to replacement Relay?
