Strange noise

I have a renault trafic, it rained real heavy yesterday and since then at speeds of 30mph of higher I get extremely loud noise in cab, its sounds to be coming from the stereo and vents area, it sounds like water being blown around hard, I've checked the Wells where the water runs off and they not blocked, I have no idea what this is
