Renault Fluence 1.5dci P0089 Code

Hello fellow Renault drivers,

i have been banging my head to walls because of random "Engine Failure Hazard" errors. Got the car to an autorized mechanic, we scanned it with CLIP. This thing popped up P0089. he said that it was because of the little regulator on the high pressure pump. He replaced it and gave me back the "faulty" one. Got the car started, took it for a test drive. Same stuff happened. When I push the car,give it some gas, especially in 4th and 5th gears, that errors pops...
