Laguna III EPB "Check Parking Break"

I just purchased a Lagnua III with an EPB fault, the service light is on and every time the car starts it say Check Parking Brake.

Pulling the handle you can hear the EPB motor turning but the Check Parking Break warning appears on the screen with a flashing parking break light.

I have done some research and i think it may be the manual override cable has been pulled in the past but the EPB hasn't been able to reset it's self after.

I have attached my ODBC reader and there are no codes...
