turbo boost

im driving a 1.9dci, whent the car is quite cold the turbo is boosting fine but when the car is completelly warm it feels like it is loosing boost, especially when i put my foot down from pull away then i dont feel the boost. and if pull off slowly and accelerate a little bit then i feel the boost. can it be a leak?
