Rear doors and central locking problem

Both rear doors on my 2001 1.5 dci clio are locked, central locking wont open them and they wont open from inside.

I can pull up the plastic snib inside the car with grips but it doesnt help open the car. When trying to open the car using key fob can see the plastic snip trying to move for a split second

also since buying the clio, the drivers door lock is abit weird.. When open the car with the key fob it doesnt open drivers door, need to turn key, hold it in position then open with handle..

any ideas on the above problems would be appreciated, cheers
