Megane 3, leg pain

Hi, first post here, from Australia

I bought a Megane 3 GT-Line earlier in the year and about 2 months ago experienced a pain behind my knee. After going to a few doctors, I somehow thought it could be an electromagnetic field. Using an AM radio there is quite a bit of noise around the steering column that extends down to the right knee but doesn't extend to the left knee. It appears to be coming from the dashboard up towards the right. The engine doesn't need to be running to detect the noise.

I went into the dealer yesterday and explained what I thought may be happening and they were kind enough to let me test a Megane in their showroom to see whether it is a fault in my car, but their Megane also showed the same noise.

We then measured a Clio and it was dead silent all around the dashboard and steering column, except for a periodic beep which is probably the keyless entry.

The Captur was also quiet with just a slight bit of noise towards the door.

I was wondering whether anyone else had noticed any pain or sensation in their legs after driving their Megane?

Note: that I'm not 100% convinced it is the Megane or the EMF, but the pain is most notable when in the driving position. I haven't ever had muscle/pain aches before.

I previously owned a Subaru Impreza which I thought had quite uncomfortable seats but never noticed any leg pains or aches, apart from the usual discomfort after a 1 or 2 hour drive. With the Megane I feel the sensation after 5-10 mins.
