Steering wheel juddering and pulling to right when braking

My immediate thought would be track rod end but hopefully, no garage could/would adjust the tracking without checking the wee beasties.

Without the judder, I'd be tempted for brakes, sticky caliper or the like.
Still wouldn't discount them or a distorted disk.

Other suspects are lower ball joints or roll bar rubbers (if I recall correctly that roll bar on the clio controls the hub castor angle.)

Couldn't discount wheel bearings either.

If you are not confident jacking the thing up and having a good look yourself, it is put trust in the garage but tell them the whole story, given info most garages can find that sort of issue.
