Renault Clio 1.2 16 valve 2001

Hello everyone!

i wonder if anyone can help me identify this part and answer the following questions:

1. What is this tube? and what is it connected to ?
2. How would i remove this part?
3. Would an air leak from this pipe lead to a Exhaust emission light to go on? As i believe this tube blows air into the Throttle body? ( if I'm wrong tell me )
4. Lastly what it the part its connected too called?
