Clio high pitch whine

Hi

I'm wondering if someone can help me. I have the new Clio IV Dynamique MediaNav. When I get out of my car after a journey I can here a high pitch noise/whine from the front of my vehicle that goes away once the car has self locked. I was just wondering if this is normal for the Clio to do this?
