Chrissy cake recipe

Christmas cake recipe.

8oz.plain flour. 1 tsp..baking powder.3lbs mixed dried fruit. 8oz. Brown sugar. 1tsp.salt. grated rind and juice of 1lemon. 4 large eggs. 4oz. Chopped mixed nuts.
1 bottle (litre) good quality single malt whisky.

Sample the whisky to check quality. Take a large bowl and check the whisky again. To be sure it is of the highest quality, pour a good measure and drink. Repeat to ensure accuracy of test - it is important that the highest quality whisky is used.
Turn on the electric mixer.
Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl
Add one teaspoon of sugar. Beat again.
Make sure whisky is still OK. Try another glass.
Turn off the mixerer.
Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and Chuck in the dried fruit.
Mix on the Turner.
If the fried fruit gets stuck in the beaterers pry it loose with a drewscriver.
Sample the whisky to check for tonsisticity.
Next, sift the lemon juice and strain your nuts.
Add one table.
Add a spoon of sugar, or something, whatever you can find.
Greash the oven and tossin the fridge.
Turn the cake tin 350 degrees
Don't forget to beat off the Turner. Check the whisky again.
Throw the bowl through the window and go to bed.
