Loose oil filter

Hi all i have a real pain of a problem, the oil filter keeps backing off, when i bought the car in april it had a renault filter fitted which was really tight, i changed it to a mann filter which came loose on two oil changes, so i fitted a bosc filter which backed off, last night i got desperate and cleaned the thread and put red locktite on, i no it will undo when i want it to as i tested the locktite on a bolt in the vice, i think this is a pump problem can any one clarify thanks The car is a 2011 mk3 1.5dci megane, because i use this car as a taxi i had a DPF problem so i had to have it opened up and have DPF delete, but when this was happening i did get oil contaminnation which is fuel in the sump i am wondering if this has caused the start of this issue... ty
