Clio mk2, phase 2, 1.2 16v....runs smooth with no problems, oil level and condition is spot on; coolant is clean and at correct level.
Signs of concern are very slight mayonnaise at the filler cap but rocker box otherwise clear; cloud of steam only when accelerated hard, otherwise virtually zero steam/smoke.
Car is little used and lies parked up for a couple of weeks at a time.
Car was brought up to temp for about half an hour before giving a fast blast, which possibly woke the mechanicals from a long hibernation.
As the outside temp was between 0c and 1c could this be condensation clearing through?
Any suggestions appreciated folks.
