Could be lots of things but I would put wheel bearings low on my list of priorities. Have you checked the engine/box mounts. Where is the vibration felt most (gear shift, steering wheel). Or is the noise related to a misfire or loose component (eg exhaust). I would still check the engine/gearbox mountings first.
