2006 Clio 1.5dci, excessive black smoke and a distinct lack of power for most of the time.
Part way through a long journey I stopped to fill up with diesel after having no problems with the car, but when I pulled out of the forecourt the engine was not running as expected, requiring some coaxing to get the revs up (with noisy injector knock-like noises) and then the turbo would kick in and run as normal.
