Trafic II juddering on take off

Hello, i was wondering if someone can shed some light on the recent problem i'm having with my Trafic.

On taking off from a standing start i'm getting a juddering as you accelerate away, now i can't remember it doing this only in the last few days, it has been known to also do it in reverse, could it be clutch related
It's a 2.0 DCi quickshift - 2009 (85,000 miles)
The Clutch slave cylinder & clutch were replaced last July due to a breakage of the cylinder & just before it broke i was in reverse & it was violently juddering, I'm just hoping it's not on it's way out again.
