Master juddery clutch

Master juddery clutch

Hi,
I purchased a Master X70 tiptronic / semiauto with only 1rst and reverse gears operating
I replaced faulty 2nd gear and sychro's. (had new clutch, pressure plate and slave cylinder already installed)
Before reinstalling the gearbox I filled / flooded the slave cylinder, fitted the robot to top of box and connected the hose from the master cylinder ( which was also flooded with new fluid)
Refitted g/box and pulled box into position with mounting bolts
Then found I had no gears ( by turning drive wheel while manually selecting gears without robot linkage connected)
Reconnected battery, turned on ignition and robot servo operated then had all gears
The master cylinder must have been in the clutch depressed position when I fitted the gear box
The vehicle drove and changed gears very smoothly.
However after about 50 to 100 gear changes the vehicle started to judder at take off and gears changes became progressively harsher
I rebled the clutch (reverse bled) and did not notice any bubbles
It started and changed very smoothly again for 50 to 100 cycles and progressively worsend
Serveral rebleeds and same results (still no bubbles)
Would it be possible that when pulling the gearbox in with the clutch in the depressed position I have over pressurized and damaged the master cylinder seals
Any help would be appreciated Thanks
